FAQ

To enroll and register for the online certificate program in Transfusion Medicine please follow the following steps-

  1. Please login to http://www.AATM_ELEARNelearn.org or you can also access the link provided in AATM_ELEARN website https://AATM_ELEARNweb.org
  2. Click register for registration and fill up basic information. Email id and password used during registration will be your login credentials. On registering you will also get an email confirmation with the credentials.  For future you may use registered email id and password to log in and access various details in the AATM_ELEARN E-Learning sites including articles, details of available courses/certificates etc.
  3. Once registered you can click certificate/courses and then click view more to know details about various certificate/course available. If interested you can enrol for it by clicking enrol now and filling up the enrolment form with detailed information and mandatory documents as mentioned. On successful submission you will get a confirmation message.
  4. Once you submit the enrolment form, AATM_ELEARN admin department will verify your documents and approve. Once approved you will get a mail confirmation. You may also login to your dashboard and check the status in Enrolment status section. If it is rejected due to some reason you may resubmit the enrolment form.
  5. Once approved you can login to your dashboard and will find the mentioned course/certificate over there. If it is a paid course you need to make the required payment by clicking To Pay which will take you to payment gateway. Once payment is done the course/certificate will be available for you.
  6. You need to complete the course/certificate in mentioned timeline before the course expiry date. Once you appear for the exam and admin department confirms you have passed and approves you will receive the certificate through mail. You may also download same from Progress report section of your dashboard.
  7. In case of any difficulty please write to “Contact Us” located on the website for assistance or once registered you can also send us mail from query section in your dashboard. 

Eligibility for enrolment

•        For Medical Doctors: Graduates or Postgraduates of Medicine in Allopathy having degrees recognized by respective national medical councils who wish to/are pursuing a career in Transfusion Medicine.

•        For Technicians: Graduates or Postgraduates of Medical Laboratory Technology whose degrees are recognized by respective technical councils who wish to/are pursuing a career in Transfusion Medicine.

•        For Nurses: Graduate or Postgraduates of Nursing whose degrees are recognized by respective nursing councils who wish to/are pursuing a career in Transfusion Medicine.

You need to have the following documens:

  1. Your scanned copies of the original degree & degree registration certificate from appropriate authority
  2. Your national identity card with photo (adress proof)
  3. Facial Photo (here upload your own facial photo of approx. 35mm by 35 mm size with clear face,as this will be printed in the certificate)

All should be in jpg/png/pdf format below 500 MB in size. These need to be uploaded separately. The photo should be clear enough (minimum 300 dpi) as it will be printed on the certificate to be provided after clearing the online examination.

To pass the certificate program one must secure at least 40% marks. If you fail to clear in 1st attempt you will get one additional chance. Same should be availed before course/certificate expiry date.

There will be no negative marking.

For Certificate in Transfusion Medicine there will be 50 questions which need to be answered in 60 minutes in a sequence defined by the system. Once attempted and moved to the next questions one is not allowed to comeback and change  the answer..Examination must be completed in one sitting.

The majority of questions will be multiple choice questions supporting single or multiple answers; some true-false questions and few  image based questions. The questions will be based on the different levels depending upon the qualification and background of the candidate. Thus questions to technicians and nurses would be comparatively easier than what doctors would be asked during online test.

You may access some relevant  presentations, information about textbooks and journals on the website although no course material will be provided as of now.However the content available in the website may not cover the entire topics from which certification questions will be asked.

The candidate must have computer facilities with an uninterrupted internet connection and use Google or Safari browsers to access the website URL.

You will be able to make payment through a payment gateway supporting Credit card,Debit card and UPI for INR Payment. For international student you can pay through Credit Card and Debit Card in USD.

1.Candidate needs to complete the examination in the mentioned time only. Extension in time is not allowed.

2.Please read the details about number of questions, marks, negative marks etc before you start the exam.

3.You have to attempt question on sequential (one after another).

4.You are not allowed to go back to previous questions

5.There is no negative marks

6.Click  the answer option button to select your answer,if required change the same before you move to next question.

7.There may be certain instructions before the question, read it to know if multiple answers need to be selected.

8.To change an answer, simply click the desired option button.

9. Click NEXT to move to next question

10.Once all questions are attempted click submit for final submission

11.When the time left becomes 0, then your assessment will be submitted by default, and you will not be able to make any changes.

This certificate program is an assessment based program focusing on current practices in Transfusion Medicine and questions will be covered from various topics as follows.
